- Apprentice Charge: $60.00 per hour or part there of for an apprentice working with tradesmen
- Minimun Call Out: Includes $175 - includes vehicle, travel, 30mins labour, time to drive to site, sundries, H&S
- Subsequent Site Visit Charge: $30.00 for second and subsequent site visits for the same job

Gasfittingminimum call out$185
- Labour Charge – Gasfitting: $60.00 per 30 mins

Non-Standard Hours
After Hoursminimum call out$250
- Jobs undertaken on weekends or outside of our normal hours (as stated above) and not a public holiday are charged out as follows:
- Labour Charge – Plumbing: $75.00 per 30 minutes
- Labour Charge – Gasfitting: $85.00 per 30 minutes
- Minimum Call Out: $250 to all jobs during after hours and is additional to the labour charge
- Sundries: $10.00 min per job – covers items like screws, nails, glues
Public Holidaysminimum call out$300
- Jobs undertaken on a public holiday are charged as follows (please note that these rates apply to both the actual public holiday date and the observed public holiday date):
- Labour Charge – Plumbing: $77.50 per 30 minutes
- Labour Charge – Gasfitting: $82.50 per 30 minutes
- Minimum Call Out: $155.00 to all jobs during normal hours and is additional to the labour charge
- Sundries: $10.00 min per job – covers items like screws, nails, glues, etc

Certification.
It is a legal requirement for us to issue a gasfitting certificate for all gasfitting jobs that we undertake. This gives our customers verification that the work which we have carried out is lawful and compliant.
These certificates are sent to our customers for their records and are also stored by our company for a period of seven years.
Low-Risk/General$55
- For example, replacement of a gas appliance, this is sometimes referred to as like-for-like gasfitting.

PARTS & CONSUMABLES
You will be charged for any parts and consumables used for your job, plus any applicable delivery fees. Most standard items are stocked in our vehicles. If we require sourcing parts specific to your job, you will be charged for the time taken to source these items.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PRODUCTS
Please note that we do not install customer-supplied products or materials, unless by specific previous arrangement with company management. In such instances, the Master Plumbers Guarantee will not apply.
